Summary: The Compensation Department builds and maintains global programs and systems which contribute to attracting talent, fair and consistent employee renumeration, career paths, workforce planning and budgeting. The Compensation Specialist position will participate in the analysis, communication and administration of compensation programs. This individual contributes to the annual compensation cycles, HR system administration, maintaining job and compensation structures and ensures the accuracy of compensation data for budgeting, financial reporting and analysis purposes. This position is based in Trident’s Seattle (Ballard Neighborhood) offices.

Work environment:
In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.
This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
Work Ability Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position and work at a computer for extended periods. The role frequently requires use of a computer and other office equipment, including repetitive hand and finger movements. The employee must be able to communicate effectively and exchange information with others. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds may be required. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to view computer screens for extended periods.
